In between finishing our complete denture project, practicing for our anterior fixed course, and seeing patients for sophomore perio module, we're ALSO supposed to start preparing for our board exams.
My grades for our first anterior fixed timed-practical exam (TPX). A 92 for my all-ceramic prep on tooth #8 and a 92 for my provisional restoration. Not too shabby!
So the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant is over. I didn’t win. Sure, I can say that it was a great experience and I have learned so much. I can say that everyone is a winner at the end of the night. But honestly, those are cheap words to placate heartbreak.
For the past few months, a team of wonderful editors and I have been hard at work putting together the Fall 2013 issue of the USC 925. The biannual magazine represents the voice of the student body of the Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC.
